Dates & Fees

To meet an application deadline, the application form, operative report (if required), original signature form with all signatures, and application fee must be submitted by 4:30 P.M. ET on the deadline date. If they arrive after the deadline but before the late deadline, a late fee will be charged. No applications will be accepted after 11:59 p.m. ET on the late application deadline date.

Checks are accepted only for in-training and hand surgery exams. All fees are subject to change at any time. Application fees are nonrefundable; see below for exam fee refund policy.
